▼Special Made by Mandai Karatsu Miyajima Soy Sauce| Dinner buffet
"Mandai pickles", which are pickled one day using Miyajima soy sauce from the local Karatsu, is a little sweet seasoning with the characteristics of soy sauce from Kyushu. It is recommended not only to make sake snacks but also to make pickled rice bowls.

Shiraishi Renkon, which was raised throughout the year in the Saga Plain in Kyushu, has a warm climate and mineral-rich soil, is characterized by a chewy texture. Gentle seasoned vinegared rice and fragrant fried chicken are exquisitely harmonized, and each time you carry it to your mouth, the deliciousness of the ingredients spreads. The new sensation Inari sushi, which can be enjoyed as a salad, is a recommended dish in the chef's original menu.
