The grilled shabu of Saga beef, which is baked by the chef in front of you, has the unique sweetness of Wagyu, the umami of the red meat, and the moderately chewy texture, and the umami spreads in your mouth every time you chew. Please enjoy refreshingly with "special sesame sauce" combined with "Cabospon Vinegar" and Karatsu soy sauce.

A large format "Ikasenbei" made from chef's original special dough baked in a live kitchen. At the moment it is baked, an appetizing scent spreads softly. In addition to having it as it is, we also prepare original sauce, so please enjoy it as you like.

"Mandai pickles", which are pickled for a day using Miyajima soy sauce from the local Karatsu, have a slightly sweet seasoning due to the characteristics of Kyushu soy sauce. It is recommended not only for sake snacks, but also for pickled rice bowls.

Shiraishi Renkon, which was raised throughout the year in the Saga Plain in Kyushu, has a warm climate and mineral-rich soil, is characterized by a chewy texture. The new sense of Inari sushi, which can be enjoyed as a salad, is a recommended dish in the chef's original menu.

During your trip, please enjoy a special gem that feels the "season" and "climate" of Yobuko Saga.
