At a restaurant overlooking one of the three major Matsubaras in Japan, "Niji no Matsubara," please enjoy a wide variety of buffets, mainly Saga's specialty "Saga beef" as you like.

It is a type of Wagyu beef raised in Saga Prefecture and has received high praise both inside and outside Japan.
The meat quality of Saga beef raised on the rich natural land of Saga Prefecture is exquisitely balanced between sashi (fat) and red body.
The marbling is beautiful, and you can enjoy the melting texture and deep taste of the mouth.

The sukiyaki of Saga beef, which the chef finishes in front of you, has the unique sweetness of Japanese beef, the umami of redness, and the moderately chewy texture, and the umami spreads in your mouth every time you chew. Please take this opportunity to experience the charm of Saga beef.
