The grilled shabu of Saga beef, baked by the chef in front of you, has the unique sweetness of Japanese beef, the umami of lean, and a moderate chewy texture, and the umami spreads in your mouth every time you bite it. Please enjoy refreshingly with "Kabospon Vinegar" and "Special sesame sauce" combined with Karatsu soy sauce.
